I will never go in there again. I walked in to buy a bottle of windshield washer fluid. I grab it off the shelf and I am standing there waiting while the only employee in sight is on the phone talking with a customer about a very in-depth situation. I stood there for five full minutes with no acknowledgement from the employee (I would have at least expected him to mouth to me, "One sec, I'll be right with you", or something. But no, he just completely ignored me). I literally left the two bottles sitting on the counted and walked out of the store. There was another customer waiting behind me, as well. If you are only going to have one employee in the store, you should train them to put the guy on the phone on hold for the fifteen seconds it would take him to ring me up and get me out the door. It may seem petty, but seriously, I will never go into that store again. Train your employees (Abraham, I think was his name) better and maybe you can avoid losing even more customers. Feedback: Train your employees to not completely ignore customers in the store waiting to check out while they do a full engine diagnostic with someone over the phone.
